Invalid layer item type Map Service

Hi,

I kept seeing Invalid layer item warning in my developer console. The app seems running well but I do notice at certain times the data does not filter well after I selected some features. 

I also notice that my EXB editor mode will crash upon opening the attribute table that have these warning layers (only if I open developer console, no developer console it will not crash)
