How to clear/reset dates within Filter widget?

Hi all, I probably missed a setting somewhere. But I'm unable to figure out how to clear or reset a date filter to no value after selecting dates? Of course I can turn the filter off, but the date values remain, so that when I go to turn the filter back on for something else, the dates still exist and I must have dates selected.

The attribute filters I can manually set back to "All" or similar. But what am I missing when it comes to dates?

A "clear all" would be great too.

Thanks for the reply. I would be happy to share the app. The app is still in review, could I add you to our group for your review. I have a dev version without the reset as well to share. I would really like to figure out what is going on then. Thanks
