How do I get a Chart widget to mark/highlight items on map?

I'm trying to recreate the chart widget functionality from Web App Builder in Experience Builder and I'm running into several issues. I would appreciate if anyone can help me recreate these features. I tried looking at the chart widget options, and also tried looking at triggers and actions but nothing seems to make it do these things. Thank you!

1. How do I make multiple chart tasks within the chart widget? There doesn't seem to be an option to add multiple layers/datasets into the chart widget. 
   
2. How can I set the chart widget to use a spatial filter if the end user wants to have one?
   
3. How do I make it so the chart widget will mark all of the features used to generate the chart data? 
   
   
   
4. Finally, how do I make the chart widget clearly highlight the relevant features when I hover over the corresponding bar?
