Frequently needing to clear browser cache - Experience Builder: Enterprise 11.5

Anyone have to constantly clear your browser cache so that ExB apps display in both the builder and during runtime?

Specifically, I am seeing React errors in both Builder and when the app is running.  I don't have an example screenshot of Builder error(s) but here is one at runtime.  (apologies, it was sent from to me from a user who doesn't know how to use print screen 😂)

This happens in Chrome, FF and Edge and didn't happen until I upgraded to 11.5.

Thoughts?

Hey @Andrew-Bowne

I recently upgraded from 11.2 to 11.3, and our Chrome and Edge users had quite a few problems with cached files, give this a shot here:

First, try in Chrome, press Control + Shift + Delete and follow the arrows:

Make sure it's set to Everything and the file cache, give it a reset and let me know if this ends up working, if not, could you provide a screenshot of the console and network panel on the developer window (f12).

Yup, did that.  I also went into dev tools-->application and cleared out all storage.  It still happens randomly.  Next time it happens (because it will happen), I will grab a screenshot and post it.

I would like to say it's isolated but I have had several reports of this behavior.  Clearing the cache works, but it seems to only be temporary.

I'm also seeing this issue as well! I have had users needing to clear cache multiple times and I have had React-130 errors numerous times and even having Layer Panels not appearing, just blank.

.."Layer Panels not appearing, just blank..."

You mean like this????  This just happened for me in the map viewer:

Dev Tools:

Then after clearing cache and hard reload, the layers "reappear":

This seems like a server-side issue, we are still confirming the root cause.
