GPS Plot Points wont update

I have a few experience builder applications that currently all have the same issue. For some context, when a Survey123 form is submitted, it can sometime jumble the GPS Coordinates and send the plot point in the middle of the ocean. I currently have a field labeled "Device GPS Coordinates", and this seems to be the reason why it ends up in a location it is not supposed to.
However, when I go to edit the GPS Coordinates to its appropriate location, it still remains in the same location even after updating.
Any resources or fixes?
Below is an example of the incorrect latitude (left), and the correct latitude (right). But, once it is updated correctly on the left, it still remains in the ocean.
