I need to add a filter widget that queries multiple layers.
All the layers has a common field "name" and I want to select the name in the filter and apply it to all layers.
I'm not able to do it and I have to put one filter per layer.
¿It is possible in arcgis experience builder like the dashboard does?
Thanks!
@KPD_DAINIUS_FRISMANTAS not sure what the folks at Esri are thinking but there was a recent blog posted which provides more information about the work around I mentioned. https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/experience-builder/mapping/filter-multiple-layers/ Not sure whether or not that would work for your use case.
Has it become possible to group filter data in experience builder? I would like to display a list of all of the features (point, line & polygon) in a list and be able to filter them using a status field. Additionally, I would like to add a chart that does the same thing - aggregates all of the data into one chart rather than having 3 separate charts, 1 for each geometry type.
One workaround you could try. Using the List widget does the job, if you have a list of the names in a table, then add it to a list and then use the Trigger > Actions option to filter the layers in your map using the trigger field name and the layer 'name'.
Group filtering capability has been provided in the recent AGOL release. See details in https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-experience-builder-ideas/ability-to-filter-multiple-layers-base...
