I have an experience builder app to display the results and statists for a survey from survey 123. The entries of the survey are linked to assets in a feature service. Recently I discovered when the initial bulk up load of entries from a previous system was done several erroneous survey entrees were imputed. I have removed the entries for, survey 123 however I do not see the changes reflected in the experience builder app. How do I get the changes in survey 123 to also reflect back in experience builder app?
Both the experience builder app and the survey were set up by a colleague who is no longer at our origination. I am not sure on how it was set up but from what I can tell: the survey results are joined to a feature service then were 'republished' or remade in to another feature service. That feature service is in a web map that the experience builder app is using.
Also please point me to some good rescores for learning experience builder.
thanks

So when you look at the layer that EXB is using you can see that all of that data is there? I would assume that means it is not a view or connected to that original layer in any way. I would make a view layer or just use that original layer in EXB. I use layers that have joins in them and everything is fine.
EXB group on here: https://community.esri.com/t5/experience-builder-tips-and-tricks/gh-p/experience-builder-tips-and-tr...
The problem is since the update is not did not reflect in the data in EXB meaning any future updates or additions to the survey wont be reflected in the app. That functionality in the app is crucial.
I understand that but if the layer being used in the EXB has no tie to the layer in Survey 123 it won't get reflected. You need to start by opening the survey 123 results and the layer the exb is using and see how those match up. Was it ever getting updates from survery123? Can you view the latest update to that feature layer? You'll have to fully figure out how everything is connected.

I am trying to figure out how every thing is connected. The problem is I am not sure about how to go to intestate it further. Any ideas on what and where I need to look at to go further?
I might have to end up redoing the web map and app if I can't figure it out. Are there resources about how connect a survey 123 to a feature class in a web application and have it always reflect the latest changes?
Why not use the feature class created from the survey in the EXB? So you want that feature layer to connect to another feature layer?

Could you please try open the auto refresh option in the data source settings to see if this solves the problem?
