When I try to view my Experience Builder App in my Smart Phone (Android), the app goes black when I get to the 1:5,000 scale. My web map blanks out at 1:1,000.

The web map is combination of a vector tile service and a feature service.

I have been using Firefox and haven't had problems.
Refreshing this thread, please refer to the thread linked below for similar post in 11/23, for a good accumulation of facts of this as of April 2024 unresolved issue.
Indeed, Firefox on Android is a solution, but it cannot be THE solution to malfunction of zoom in Chrome and Chrome-based browsers (EG: Samsung's branded browser has same behavior as Chrome).
I will recite the diagnostic facts I have accumulated in the above thread, teaser being that the number of Map Layers set for visible=1 status has an impact on whether the screen goes blank at a given zoom level.
