I am using the out of the box map layers widget in EB DE 1.18 that was released today, and I am unable to export to shapefile, file gdb, or KML from the map layers widget. Has anyone else had luck trying this? I don't get many error messages, but when I choose one of the 3 export options I get the console error below. Prior options such as CSV, JSON, and GeoJSON export as normal.
@AbiDhakal we will just be staying with CSV, GeoJSON and JSON until Esri can support shapefile, file GDB, and KML without requiring a login and storing the item on ArcGIS Online or Enterprise. Our organization has an open data portal Hub site, so that is fine for our needs. If you can run an open data Hub site, you have the capabilities there to export to all formats without requiring users to login to AGOL or Enterprise and storing files on these sites.
This post below may be worth following as it relates to the issue.
Thank you for the response @Brian_McLeer
That is a great idea.
I was hoping to find a solution to extract from within the Experience Builder application for our Enterprise users.
I appreciate your quick response and idea.

@AbiDhakal you could possibly create the open data Hub site, then embed it within the EB application as a separate page potentially that way users don't have to go to a separate application.
@Brian_McLeer - Open Data Hub site for Enterprise would be Sites, right. Open Data only works in ArcGIS Online?
@AbiDhakal that I don't know, our Open Data Hub site is hosted on AGOL. I am not sure how to implement on Enterprise.
@Brian_McLeer - If you know of any widget already available in Experience Builder with which to do a query and export data to a shape file would also work. I think you can export to a table but I'm not sure about a shape file.
@AbiDhakal I think it all comes from the same export functions regardless of what widget you are using. Right now it looks like Esri requires a login for AGOL or Enterprise to export.
@Brian_McLeer - Sites in ArcGIS Enterprise is limited. You cannot enable Open Data directly from Enterprise. However, you can add an Open Data Group from AGOL to the Enterprise Sites.
