Edit widget doesn't allow non existent values

Enterprise 11.2.

In the Experience builder edit widget I have my editing values setup via symbology.  I've included a value that doesn't exist in the database because some of the values like zonings fluctuate.  The edit widget is not picking up these values.

So you added a new one that hasn't been symbolized yet? Did you give it a symbol in map viewer so it shows in a a legend? Did you remove the layer from the edit widget and re add it?
