EB version 1.5 Survey Widget error message: n is not a function
Hi!
I am using an older version of Experience Builder (1.5) in a Cityworks portal and have run into some issues when it comes to adding a Survey widget to a Widget Controller. When I add the Survey widget to the Widget Controller, it will cause 3 areas of my EB to crash and displays the error message: n is not a function. I get this error before even linking my survey to the Survey widget. I have tried adding the Survey widget outside of the Widget Controller and get the same error. I'm not sure what is causing this error message. I have tried opening my EB in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox just to continue to get the same error message. I have disabled the browser settings for local network access checks and still get the same issue. Is this a known bug with this version of EB? Any work arounds to get my two surveys to work within the EB? Any help is greatly appreciated!
