Copy Experience Builder app from Portal to AGO?

Hi! I have an Experience Builder and a Dashboard (which is embedded in the ExB) that I need to copy from my Portal 10.9.1 to my AGO environment in order to be accessible to a few external partners. I have a distributed collaboration set up where I was able to copy the underlying data, but neither of the actual applications copied over. I also tried the same workflow using AGO assistant and can't seem to copy the applications, only the feature services. I really would prefer to not re-build these from scratch and this will be a common workflow for me going forward.

Did you try the old https://ago-assistant.esri.com/ or the new assistant.esri-ps.com/ ? The new Assistant can copy Dashboards

I tried the regular AGO Assistant first which didn't work, but had no idea there is a new one! Thank you!!

THank you so much, Simon! That helps. The AGO don't work with ExP. I'm trying with the new one. It's running for a while (which says "Copying"). Do you know how long does it take? Thanks again

Hi, this depends on your Exp. It should be done by now 😉

Note: The assistants mentioned above are great tools offered for free, however they are not official products. So there is community support but no official Esri support. There is no known release cycle, it may take some time for the assistant to support new item types for example.

If you need a commercial product with support and regular updates that helps with migrating content, maybe Backup My Org (ArcGIS Marketplace) is for you.
