Error: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'referedIds') when trying to upload photo in collaboration group

@Jianxia we are collaborating on an experience builder - the web app exists within another's org where a collaboration group has been set up. we were able to add photos prior to the most recent update.

now when we try to add photos to the experience builder we get the following error:

Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'referedIds')

Further testing: only happens in this EB instance. As if something broke in the page. Existing and new EBs work in both orgs. If we try and create a template or copy if the existing broken EB the daughters have the same error

@DavidCook2 , from my understanding, any other existing or new ExB apps in the collaboration group are working as expected but not this specific app. It is difficult  to narrow down the issue without reproducible samples or steps. Have you contacted Esri Support? Support analysts should be able to do a screen sharing with you. I will follow up with the case number if you do.
