In ArcGIS Enterprise Experience Builder, when users export CSV data from the table widget, the time values are output in UTC rather than local time. Currently, we rely on Web AppBuilder (WAB) to allow users to export data in local time, but this workaround is not ideal—and WAB will soon be unsupported. Once that happens, we will have to remind users that exported timestamps are in UTC, and they will need to manually convert them to local time each time they download the data.
