Honor Select widget selections in the Analysis widget

When map layers are have selections using the Select widget, honor those selections when selecting a layer from the map as input for an analysis tool.

I am looking to use a Custom GP Tool published from a Notebook in the Analysis widget but I am unable to complete this workflow while the Select tool's selection is not honored by the analysis widget. The only way I have been able to get it to work is to open the Attribute Table widget and choose "Set as analysis input". Then the number of features to be used as input on the Analysis widget reflects the features selected on the map.
