Context: A zoning layer has its categories / symbology defined by a single field. There are generally twenty to thirty categories. Due to overhead, these can't be split into separate feature layers to allow visibility of the categories to be turned off the more traditional way through the Map Layers widget. So, to make it to where you can view only select zoning categories, the Filter widget is instead implemented for this purpose. Each zoning category gets its own filter. These are configured so that the field that the zoning category is found in is equal to a specific zoning category. All these filters work in tandem with the OR option configured, so that the filters don't have dependency on each other.

Idea: Provide two buttons in the Filter widget's advanced settings that when selected, will either turn on or off all of the filters within the widget. So, as an example if all the filters in the Filter widget are on, the "turn all off" button will then enable you to turn off all of them with a single button click. This would be reversed if the filters were all off. To account for situations were some filters are on and some filters are off makes me recommended two buttons instead of one. One that turns on all filters, while the other turns off all filters.
