At the end of the Survey widget , once the user has clicked [Submit], the Experience builder should either close the window, or stay on the thankyou screen.
Problem: as of ExB V1.7 , the survey widget re-starts a new survey (clean) a few seconds after the user has clicked [submit].
Also the font size of the "submit" button cannot be changed.
I agree,
This ends up being confusing for the submitter. I have done a workaround (not great) by just kinking to the survey123 in its own tab.
I also agree. Further, there should be multiple options for how the survey widget functions.
1) current action, submit and reload survey.
2) as suggested, close survey widget upon submittal.
3) button-like actions to execute after survey submittal.
This is still a problem as far as I can tell. I can see the submission screen flash but then the survey just reloads. It also just reloads when you get the captcha wrong, which is confusing for the user. I would rather use the survey widget than embed a url because the survey widget makes it easy to pass parcel polygon geometry to the survey. Is this a bug or maybe a bug that went away but is back again?
Update: The issue seems to be with the passing of attributes to the survey because the submission screen displays properly when I toggle off Send data to this survey. It does not matter what type of data I pass (geometry and/or attributes) and it does not matter how I pass the selection on (search bar or map), if Send data to this survey is toggled on, the refresh happens automatically.
