Add Data Widget Enhancement - Add a raster tile

The Add Data widget is great but can it be enhanced to allow the adding of at least a single georeferenced raster? Sometimes I have users who have a single drone imagery tile or something downloaded from an online map shop but unless its distributed as a service, that tile is inaccessible.

Support for georefenced JPG, PNG and TIFF would be good.

The very recent (Spring 2023) addition of Add Media Layer to the Web Map is great and is almost what I need for Experience Builder Add Data widget. Even just migrating the Add Media Layer capability to the Add Data widget would be great but even better if it could read a world file (if present).
