Using Images in the Labeling Function

Has anyone discovered a way to tie an image to a label via a spreadsheet or database.  I have a layer with over 250 unique locations that I want to have a unique logo display.  I know how to manually change the symbol to the image/logo but I would like it to be tied to a database instead.

Any suggestions.  Is this just not possible in AGOL?

I think you would discover performance issues if you do that.  But your best bet would be to build symbols  in Pro or ArcMap as symbols.
