When publishing new services or launching Insights for ArcGIS in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1, we get the error below:
Unable to process request. Could not initialize class com.esri.arcgis.discovery.security.manager.WebSecurityManager
This error message presented itself following a reboot of the servers for an unrelated reason. Any insight?
