Hello,
I am working in Enterprise and wish to execute the pattern below (red circle) using Share Geodata Service of a file gdb.

The share tool appeared successful and created two items in my Portal, one 'Geodata Service', and one 'Data Store (Folder)'.  These two items seems somewhat sparse with no clear feature classes inside as I was expecting.  What is the next step?  Let's say I want to create a webmap from within the Portal using a feature class that should be in the Geodata Service.   How would I do that?

Thank you,

Tyler

If you want to use the features in a webmap, they will have to be served by a map or feature service. More on publishing those here. A Geodata service is something else with a different purpose, primarily used for database replication, more info here.

10-4.  I had a misunderstanding of how the ArcGIS server read the gdb.  Thanks.
