Hello.
I created two layers in ArcGlobe and I need to publish them on the gis server to display in a web scene. But each time I try to do it, it throws me an error "incorrect globe cache". Service is created on the server but it's empty and it throws error 500 when trying to open it.
I tried to align cache settings, tried to delete local cache, turn of compression, but got no result. What can be a problem? How do I need to configure the globe cache to make the whole thing work?
