Hello all,
I'm just interrogating some statistics for a few services on an ArcGIS Server 10.3 instance and I've noticed something.
I have a series of services that are currently stopped, but yet the statistics chart is showing activity for Total Requests. This would tell me that someone/something is continuing to try to hit these services. Is that correct?
