Get geoprocessing service result back in ArcMap

I want to share an extract by mask geoprocessing service with another colleague. Ideally my colleague would run the service and get the output raster on ArcMap. The service runs successfully on Server but I cannot figure out how to get back the output on ArcMap. Output Raster is a model parameter but it doesn't appear as such when I run the service. Any idea?

Is the output parameter set as a Derived output?

I can't find a way to set it as derived output. How do you do that?

Under the parameter properties, set the Type of Dervied:

this will automatically set it as an output parameter.

Thanks, but you are doing that from a script while I am trying to do that from the model builder and in the model builder I can't find a way to change that.
