I have installed ArcGIS server 10.5.1 on windows 10
I use Cisco Anyconnect 4.3.00748 to VPN from home.
I don't have a problem at work, but when I'm at home and VPN, all my services have Status of 'Stopping' when I get in.
Server acts pretty erratic. Sometimes I can't even get into the Server Manager (connection refused). I checked if arcgis server was running in window's services which it was. I restarted a few times to no avail.
I'm thinking this is could be a problem with DNS and resolving my machine name? Has anyone have experience with this? I'm not a network guy and trying to figure it out.
