I have a custom print service setup in ArcGIS Server 10.4.1.  When attempting to export to pdf, I lose the jpg image logo on all of my maps.  Does anyone know why this happens?

Did you have a similar custom print service setup and working at an earlier version of AGS (e.g. 10.3.1)?
