I couldn’t figure out why I’m getting the error below

What might be the issue here?

Unfortunately, I’m newly having the same error.

Do I need to spend my life stopping\starting the ArcGIS Server service to resolve this problem?

If you change Service logon to Local System account with "Allow service to interact with desktop" option checked do you still encounter similar issue.

It seems that I have no luck with any sort of settings. The problem persists to exist.

I’m encountering tough experience each time I try to publish. It is like nightmare.

What other setting might help?

Just out of curiosity,  Did you install ArcGIS SErver in Program Files(X86)location (32 bit location) ? Normally it defaults to Program Files (64 bit location. Note some times you may get detailed error message from log files located at \arcgisserver\logs\<server name>

Our ArcGIS Server has used to work fine since two years with no issues. Very recently, I’m getting that error.

Is it useful at this point to re-install it with repair mode?

I have tried to restart the PublishingTools as you mentioned above. Its working for me.

Sometimes map documents may become corrupt.  Have you tried to re-create your .MXD?

I have created tens of new mxd files but the problem persists to exist

What is confusing me the most is:

1. It works fine if I stop\start the ArcGIS Server service!
2. It has used to work fine since 2 years with no single issue!

Any other suggestions?
