Datastore url

I have two Enterprise environments, one standby and one live.  I use webgisdr to back up from one to the other for a cold failover scenario.

I am having trouble with the datastore during the webgisdr restore and noticed that the datastore configurations have different portal urls. One points to an external url and the other to an internal/machine name url. I'm not sure how I managed for them to be different as they both used the same install script. Is there a way to change this? 

My Datastore Configuration Status shows the portal url as an external url:
