Enterprise Cloud Builder Failed to retrieve AWS accountid

I am trying to use the ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder and I am having difficulty getting the utility to find my AWS account. I used the AWS CLI to create a profile on my computer and this did not work so I retrieved the key pair from IAM and still I get this error

I have tried to google the error message but I did not find anything that appeared to be relevant.
