Not sure if this is a server issue, arcgis10.1 issue, or 3.1api issue. However, since I've update all my software i've noticed the quality of my annotation and line work on my web app services are blurry when viewing the web page. If you zoom in very close there isn't a problem, but prior to the updates i could view the web page at various scales and still maintain clarity.
Currently my parameters settings for the service are Anti-Aliasing = Best; Text Anti-Aliasing = Force. I've experimented with the settings and you can tell they do have an affect on the clarity of the map. However, the 2 settings above give the best clarity, and it is definitely worse than my same service running server 10.0. Currently I am "cloning" the server to run 10 and 10.1. This allows me to keep 10 running for all my current users, until I 10.1 is running properly with all of it's services and mxds. It also allows me to compare my flex projects/map services to each other on the two different arcgis versions.
