ArcGIS Server 10.7.1: Starting a service ends up with “Error handling service request: Failed to register the activation group” error,

I couldn’t figure out why Starting a service ends up with “Error handling service request: Failed to register the activation group” error

What might be the issue here?

I'm guessing you've tried restarting ArcGIS Server?

Thank you guys for the help.

• The ArcGIS Server windows service is running
• The logs doesn’t provide siffeicnt information to fix the issue

As I suggested earlier, change the logging level to DEBUG to get more information.  If you are using default logging, then you are only capturing WARNING and ERROR messages, which aren't always helpful when troubleshooting an issue with a service not starting.

Have you turned on debugging level for logging and looked at the logs?
