We recently completed a new installation of ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 (Windows Version) with no apparent issues. However, when we try to access Web AppBuilder all we see is a grey screen. Story maps work. Experience Builder seems to be working. Has anyone else had this problem? We've checked everything we can think of and had ESRI tech support working on the problem but we haven't made any progress. Any suggestions?
