During upgrade of 10.6.1 to 10.7.1 using builder I have lost my Data store.
The datastore service will not remain running. Message is "The ArcGIS Data Store service on local computer started and then stopped. Some Services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs." I have confirmed logon and privileges to all folders that seam appropriate. I have also tried a repair by trying to reinstall the data store separately, with no luck
Has anyone else encountered this error? Ideas?
