A co-worker's ArcCatalog icons are tiny. We found a way to make the ArcMap icons larger. But when opening Catalog within an ArcMap session, the Catalog icons are tiny. Any workaround?

When you change the buttons to large in the arcmap using Displaying toolbars with large icons—Help | ArcGIS Desktop it only affects the icons on the menu bar and toolbars that are docked.
If you want to make the icons within docked windows bigger you will have to change to machine's display settings.
