Web AppBuilder Query Widget not displaying all features

A Query Widget, in a webapp, is selecting all points located within a polygon; however, not all selected features are being displayed on the map, nor in the query's results list.  I've clicked the "Load More" button several times, but in the screen shot example below, I'm only able to get 314 of the 837 selected records to display on the map and to show up in the list.  Also, when I export the results to a .csv, only 314 records are exported.

The feature being selected has a MaxRecordCount of 1,000, although I've performed a query that has selected more than that, but am still unable to get all of them to show in the map, query, and .csv export

Any ideas?
