Hello:

I'm using ArcGIS 10.1 and when I rotate the data frame the (pie and bar/column) chart symbols rotate with it. I need them to not do that. There seems to be no option to "counter-rotate" chart symbols within the symbol properties, and unchecking the "rotate marker symbol" option in Advanced ArcMap Settings has no effect, presumably because chart symbols are not marker symbols.

Anybody have any suggestions, extensions, or workarounds?

THANK YOU!

Have you tried converting pie charts to graphics and then rotating date frame?

Yes, I tried it and the charts (converted to graphics) also rotate. I need the data frame rotate 120° and I need the charts in 0°

I want the chats like in the image in right side but now, I just have the left side image. 😞
