Hi,

We can upload a 1.3 GB .slpk data as hosted in ArcGIS Portal via the browser but no service is created. The data appears to be loaded on the portal, but it gives the following warning (Invalid url: blocked host.) . The portal gives the following error.

Likewise, when we want to publish via ArcGIS Pro, we receive the following error.

Status : failed, Status Message : ERROR 999999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail. Contact Esri Technical Support (http://esriurl.com/support) to Report a Bug, and refer to the error help for potential solutions or workarounds. Invalid url: blocked host. Failed to execute (Publish Portal Service). Failed.

Also,  although the hosted slpk data service is not created, the hosted feature layer service is created.

When we look at the log records on the subject, ArcGIS Server log record,

ArcGIS Datastore log record,

Has anyone experienced this problem before, or do you have any suggestions for a solution?

thank you,

Hi,  I am also having the same problem. It happened after upgrading ArcGIS enterprise (ArcGIS server, Portal, web adapters, and Data store from Version 11.0 to 11.2 just 4 days ago. Is there any solution you get ?
