To use Portal for ArcGIS, the documentation states the Web Adaptor must be used, and that it can only communicate using Port 80 or Port 443 (SSL). This is extremely limiting - our organization is already using Port 80 for other applications so that is NOT an option. The alternative of using SSL or Port 443 is going to cost us a lot more for a CA Certificate and is really not wanted. Why can't the web adaptor be flexible enough to be used on at least several different ports?
