I want portal to be set up in Arabic and English languages. Please guide me how to do that ?
I know we can change the language going > Organization >General > Language > change the language to the desired language. (This operation is only for single language. How can we switch language ? Is there any URL parameter to pass or any other custom function we can implement in ArcGIS portal ?
I am using ArcGIS 10.4. Your guide and help is highly appreciated
