I have a network analyst route service in my Enterprise Portal. I am using it in the My Government Services web app. The directions portion of the widget just hangs. I did work in the past. I republished the route service, tested it in ArcDesktop and it works there. Since it is the route service identified in Portal Utility Services I tried it in a web map and it does not work there.
Any suggestions.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
