When I log in, the portal seems to stay in the Loop.
if I log into portaladmin everything works fine.
Can you try clearing your cache? I have seen this behavior in the past, and clearing the cache usually fixes it.

I keep finding similar issues, but I cannot login with admin account to ArcGIS Portal. All other issues concern some ArcGIS apps.
What is weird, this behavior only happens on internet. When I attempt to login on intranet where the virtual machines are, I can log in normally.
