feature outline mask alternative

Hi,

I am trying to convert my labels so they are viewable using ArcGIS Online, however, the tool I need is feature outline mask which is not available on my Licence level (Standard). Is there any alternative tools that will allow me to use my annotation feature class for the web map allowing me to convert/create/store as feature geometry?

The only way I can see you getting labels into ArcGIS Online is if you have an Organizational Account and upload a titled mapping feature service. Other than that I think you are out of luck.

Thanks Tim, I will defo try your method when I have a bit more time!

I managed to solve it in a quick and dirty way by just creating the service with the labels set on it and it's delivered roughly what I wanted.
