Excel file not loading in enterprise

Hi,

I have  a excel file with column name as : Lat , long and date (2/3/2021). I have collected data over a period of time for different locations.

I am trying to load  the data to make a dashboard (ArcGIS enterprise 10.9). While adding item , it is not reading the file. Why is so, should I change the format of date in my excel.

Is it possible for you to use a csv instead of excel?
