ESRI collector Map Download Failure Empty username/password pulling from Portal

Seems that my issue is the Topographic map pulling from ESRI servers when i try to download the map onto Ipad, is there a way to disable this in my Maps on Portal and use basemapping that I have cached on my arcserver? I need this fuctionality so my field tech's can download maps where there is no cellular signal while out in the field. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can set and enable your own custom basemaps in Portal for ArcGIS. Learn more here:
