I'm part of a team that is deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (10.7.1) to my organization and one of the requirements is to control the Security Level of each item available in the portal. A second step would be disable sharing based on that Security Level.
I know that is possible to classify the item using the Metadata constraints tag. However, is there a way to make this mandatory for every new Item?
Ideally, users should inform the security level before sharing and the options would be based on that information. Is that even possible?
The final goal is to prevent users from sharing classified content to organization and public. Any tips on configurations or workflows that could address this kind of request would be much appreciated.
