straightforward: no.
If you are willing to go a workaround: maybe.
Talking about point symbols you could use this workflow:
- symbolizing one point with your wished for Representation
- zooming as near as you need
- snapshot that "image"
- store it as a bmp/emf (if using ArcGIS 10.2: /png/ jpg/gif work as well)
- re-import that picture as a picture marker symbol
Talking about line and polygon:
just to name few concepts which are not supported of "Standard" symbology: Geometric Effects and Marker Placement
Even converting to Graphics and back to Features is not working
