Congressional District Boundaries

I am writing to you to ask if anyone has the shapefiles or any data from the 92nd, 93rd, 96th, 97th, 102nd, and 103rd congressional district boundaries for California.  I really need that data for a project I am working on!!

those might work, though they are labelled as "cartographic"

and i tried those but they only go back to 1993, and i reallyyyy need something in the 80's and 70's ... but i just cant find those ...
