ArcGIS Enterprise 11 - Unable to see 2d web style

I've been trying to use 2D web styles for ArcGIS Enterprise 11 but seem to be having issues doing so. 

Comparing ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise 11, I've observed that the interface for setting the Symbol Style is different as below for the same dataset that I've uploaded.

 (ArcGIS Enterprise 11)

Would the community know if web styles are implemented in the same way by both Enterprise 11 and  ArcGIS Online?
