AGOL Symbology packs to Portal

Hi all,

Like the title says, is it possible to import symbology packs to Portal map viewer?

For example, is it possible to have the the water utilities symbology (https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/utilities-symbology-in-arcgis-online/m-p/32693...) in portal?
