Since upgrading from Enterprise 11.1 to 11.5, we've encountered several issues—many of which appear to be related to ChunkLoadError. I've tested across multiple browsers, and behavior varies between them.
In some cases, maps or specific elements fail to load in Dashboards; other times, tables won’t appear in Experience Builder’s table widget. Performing a hard reload and clearing the cache temporarily resolves the issue—missing components will reappear—but the problem tends to resurface later the same day in different dashboards or apps, requiring the same steps again.
The issue appears to be random, with no consistent pattern in terms of when or where it occurs, and it’s not limited to a particular browser.

BUG-000177808: Web applications such as ArcGIS Sites and ArcGIS dashboards intermittently fail to load UI elements with an error in the browser console 'ERROR: ChunkLoadError: Loading chunk xxxx failed.' due to JavaScript chunk files getting cached on the local disk cache as empty files.

I received an update stating this bug wont be fixed until version 12? Is that right?
Eagerly awaiting a response to this question. Having to wait until version 12 is released to fix broken web applications would be a crazy response.
This happened to us after upgrading an environment from 10.9.0 to 11.5. After that, we experienced issues with maps, Experience Builder, Dashboard, etc. It's great that you were able to identify the problem and log a bug to work on a solution.
Same issues happening here. Mostly in ExB. We are also seeing React errors.

This issue has me concerned. I would like to upgrade knowing a patch is coming.
Can you please confirm if this will be addressed in a patch soon, or if it will be delayed until ArcGIS Enterprise 12?
